Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries and discounts.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

Automatic Renewal?

Subscriptions are auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it after 3 cycles.

Subscription Cancellation

All subscription cancellation can only be processed after a minimum of 3 charges. Once the minimum of 3 charges has reached, you'll find an option to cancel your subscription on your customer portal. We will unfortunately not accept any cancellation requests before the 3 charges minimum is reached.

To effectively cancel your subscription, those changes need to be made by 12 PM EST the day before the order is processed. You can find this date in your account under “Manage Account”. If you run into any trouble, email brownbirdofficial@gmail.com and we'd be more than happy to assist you.
